About Rodney
RODNEY C. CASHE - MEDIATOR
rcc@ccsattorneys.com

I have engaged in an active civil practice in Hammond, Louisiana, since 1972, after graduating from Louisiana State University Law School.  I have tried hundreds of civil cases, both bench and jury in many courts, both state and federal, throughout our state and other states.   Equally as important, I have had the honor of representing clients in a very diverse fashion.

In connection with my real estate background, my law firm formed “Magnolia Street Title, LLC”, and I serve as its president, dealing with many real estate matters extending from residential to large commercial transactions.

I became interested in mediation about five years ago, and about three years ago was asked to join the panel of Perry Dampf & Watts, which became Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions.  I enjoyed my association with that company, but decided that resigning from that very fine company and mediating on my own terms in connection with my law partnership afforded me more flexibility in terms of scheduling as well as setting of fees for my mediation services.

I believe that my professional experience in the courtroom and in the representation of clients in matters both basic and complex, recognition of the salient issues and parameters of settlement have allowed me great success in my mediation practice.

I look forward to hearing from you and rendering mediation services in your behalf.
